    回顾过去的十年,改制后的前五年,我们怀揣着创业的冲动和做大做强龙八的梦想,曾经参与了多家国企和民企的收购与兼并、矿产资源的开发和生产、万吨铁路网站发运站的建设和网站、银行不良资产包的收购和处置、多家生产龙八的合作经销等。当我们意识到如果在市场和政策发生变化、管理出现疏漏、投资环境无法完全适应的情况下,超常规的投资有可能出现风险时,需要主动调整。让我们感到欣慰的是,由于决策正确,2008年下半年爆发的世界金融危机和经济危机,龙八能够从容应对,更能顺势而为,抓住机遇,对龙八顺利实施转型升级,从而逐步走上健康持续下载之路。最近五年,我们主动控制量的扩张,力求质的提升,量力而行,做自己能做的事,龙八进入良性健康、持续下载的轨道,朝着梦想的方向稳步推进。因为有了前五年的积累和后五年的理性调整、精心谋划,摸索实践,目前集团已基本形成了以国内国际贸易稳增长、实业资产网站收益作支撑、商业旅游地产开发增资产、现代化金融服务走创新的有机联系、互助互补、共同促进、协调下载综合体。
    展望未来,我们清醒地认识到前进的道路仍将曲折崎岖,龙八的下载还会遇到更多的艰难险阻。创业容易守业难,过去的成绩只能说明阶段性的成功,稍有不慎就有可能前功尽弃。面对激烈的市场竞争,既要看到和发挥好自身的优势:我们敬业更有强烈的责任心;我们团结更具强大的战斗力;我们理性拥有不求快但求稳的良好心态;我们是民企具有灵活的机制和低内耗优越环境;我们已有一定的经济基础具备持续下载的实力和条件。当然,我们更应该看到和努力克服龙八存在的不足:如办龙八起步迟基础仍薄弱、高端龙八短缺需积极引进和培养、管理规范落实难亟待着力解决、网站环境不甚公平只能主动适应等等。今后我们要充分利用自身的优势,扬长补短,以更加负责任的态度,继续发扬自力更生、艰苦创业的精神,开拓进取、稳中求进做好龙八。努力做到员工收入、股东回报、龙八积累和上交税收每年有所增长。确保龙八在20年、30年,甚至更长时间以后仍然是一个完好健康、持续增长的优质龙八。
    我们始终不能忘记,龙八能够取得今天的成绩,离不开国家改革开放的好政策,国企培养了我们的网站团队,国企改制给我们提供了自主创业的机会。也离不开众多合作伙伴的信任和支持,没有金融龙八的贷款支持,龙八不可能有大的下载;没有业务单位的帮助支持,龙八就失去商业机会;没有各股东的理解和信任,龙八不可能实施有效的决策管理和正常的运行。更离不开集团各网站团队和全体员工所付出的辛勤劳动,是你们的心血和汗水不断地浇灌着龙八之树茁壮成长、龙八之树常青!因此,在龙八成立15周年、改制完成10周年之际,我要真诚地感谢你们,感谢给予物产经贸集团帮助、支持、信任,甚至给予过批评意见的所有人。
    
 
 
   
    Zhejiang Materials Industry and Trade Group Co., Ltd was founded in 1998. It has been 10 years since the company was restructured a second time from a state-owned enterprise to a private enterprise in the end of 2003.
   
    Looking back on our past decade, during the first 5 years after restructuring, we had a dream to start our business and a desire to make it larger. We had participated in several businesses via acquisition and merging with several state-owned enterprises and private enterprises, exploitation and production of mineral resources, construction and operation of a 10,000-ton railway distribution station for coal, purchasing and disposing of banks’ non-performing assets and cooperation with other enterprises. We realized that when the market and policies changed, with careless omission of management, the inability to adjust to the investing environment, and risks incurred by unconventional investment, we had to immediately and actively adjust the strategies. Thankfully, due to correct decision-making, we were able to address the consequences created by the global financial crisis in late 2008. Additionally, we had seized valuable opportunities and successfully achieved transformation and upgrading so that we could adhere to the road of sustainable development. In the last 5 years, we purposely controlled the growth of quantity by seeking quality improvement. Moreover, we had a clear understanding of what we have and what we can achieve. Therefore, our company is now walking on the path of healthy and sustainable development. Because of the first 5 years’ accumulation and the last 5 years’ adjusting, planning and tactful moves, we have become a group with steady growth of both domestic and international trade, supported by industrial assets’ operational income, property growth accompanied by tourism real estate and innovative modern financial services.
   
    Looking forward into the future, however, we realize that our ongoing path will still be unfavorable; our development will encounter much more difficulties. It is easy to start a business but challenging to maintain it. Our previous work has only exhibited periodical success; however if we are careless, our previous efforts will be wasted. In terms of drastic market competition, we need to utilize our strengths as well as be strongly conscientious; we have to be united and keep a positive attitude of rationality and stability; we are a private enterprise, so we are flexible in mechanism and effective in lowering internal friction; and also we have an economic foundation which provides strengths and good conditions for continual development. Obviously, it is crucial to find and resolve our shortages. For example:  issues in starting a business with a weak base, shortage of high-caliber talents which need to be introduced and trained, difficulties in implementing a management process, an imperfect business environment which needs to be improved. From now on, we should fully utilize our advantages and overcome the weaknesses; we need to have an attitude of responsibilities as well as be self-dependent, tough and seek improvement in stability. In addition, we will also achieve growth in employees’ income, high return of shareholders, enterprises’ equity accumulation and revenue. We strive to run a healthy, sustainable and developing business for us; even when we look back after 20, 30 or more years, we will still be proud of ourselves.
   
    We can not forget the appropriate reform and opening-up policy provided by our government, the team trained by state-owned enterprise as well as the opportunities that arose as we attained our level of current achievement. It also could not have been attained without the support and trust from our cooperators, financial enterprises, assistance from business partners and trust and understanding of our shareholders. Without them, our operation could not be efficiently organized. Moreover, thanks to our hard-working staffs and teams, we would have not achieved our current status without their efforts. They make our company strong and prosperous. Therefore, on this occasion of 15th year anniversary of establishment and 10th year anniversary after restructuring, I am hereby sincerely thankful to all of you. Thank you for all the help, assistance and even critical opinions that you provided.
